Sharing and processors

We use trusted providers for authentication, email delivery, payments, and infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.

• Supabase (authentication, EU region).
• DigitalOcean (primary database and application hosting, UK region).
• Postmark (email delivery, US).
• Stripe (payments, US).

International transfers

Data may be processed in the UK and the US. For transfers outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum or IDTA, along with transfer risk assessments and additional measures where needed.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit logs (including legal acceptance records). Billing records are retained as required by law and tax rules. Security and access logs are retained for a limited period to protect the service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and security. If you access the landing page via an invite, we store an access cookie to remember your approval. We do not use non-essential marketing or analytics cookies without consent.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export of your data. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
